Basic - For self-managed landlords who are looking to reduce costs by conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies. We continue to offer support and consult you throughout the process providing an administration service only. If you need add-on services contact us as you require.
We offer all our clients legal and safety consultancy throughout the term of the tenancy, enabling you to get advice and ensure properties are risk free at every stage. We also offer a property inspection service that allows you to have an insight into how the property has been maintained, letting you make decisions easily.
We have registered contractors for inspections and general maintenance, available during the tenancy and for any end-of-tenancy works.
