Expert Contractors

Maintenance

We instruct property inspectors to identify and organise repairs/maintenance, ensuring the works are completed quickly and only as necessary for your property. The property maintenance site visit fee is £36 (Fee included for full management).

Upon completion of the inspection, our clients will be provided with a quote/estimate for the works required. We will provide several quotes for works in excess of £500 allowing you to have fair consideration of competitive pricing, within the local market (For works exceeding £5000, please contact us for details of our refurbishment terms and conditions).

 

Ascertaining which contractors should attend for maintenance requirements, will be identified by our team to ensure a cost-effective resolution. By identifying an issue correctly, we can allow works to be arranged with minimal intrusion to the occupants home and lives, using our network of professionally qualified and fully insured contractors.

Mid-Tenancy Maintenance

During the course of any tenancy, maintenance can often be intrusive to the lives of occupants, getting it right from the outset can secure a landlord and tenants relationship. Knowing expert quality contractors are selected and instructed to complete works will provide tenants security in knowing problems will be resolved adequately and quickly at every stage. With independent inspectors visiting tenants, it will be essential that they are made aware of the roles completed by inspectors and contractors individually. Whilst we seek to reduce the number of unnecessary visits and disturbance to tenants, this may not always be possible, however our team will keep tenants updated and appraised of all visits / works ongoing at each stage.

End of tenancy maintenance

For deposit claims it is often possible for our contractors to provide estimates based on checkout documentation, allowing us to prepare a claim quickly and effectively. If a specialist is required to attend the property, then all parties will be advised, allowing us to set clear timeline expectations for the completion of any quote. Our contractors will collect keys as necessary from landlords, agents etc.
