Our team will offer a full consultancy service throughout any tenancy. When selecting our basic package, you can add-on additional services as you need them. Whilst our management services will include a complete "hands-off" management approach. All of our services are VAT free.

Once the check out has been completed and the tenancy has ended. This would be the moment when our deposit resolution team would be able to assist you. For managed clients we will include full support throughout the claim process, including negotiations with the tenants from the day that they move out. If you have selected the basic package then we offer a deposit resolution service at an additional cost.

Details of the management and basic services can be found below. Basic Service - £800 including free marketing via OpenRent*. Management Service - 10% of monthly rent Fees are charged per property and are subject to terms and conditions. No VAT payable on any service provided by HMG.
